Overall I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Nyle Maxwell. Price was good and vehicle was represented accurately on CarGurus. Would purchase from them again.

The dealership knew about the condition of my trade-in. They offered me a "key swap" based on my truck's condition, then pretended I didn't disclose everything about the condition of my trade-in when I showed up (worn tires). I showed them the text message I sent telling them the tires were worn but they weren't interested in facts. They were interested in jacking up the price. I was actually told that nobody would buy my truck without $500 tires on it (x4). That comment I considered a true insult to my intelligence. Their mascaraed brought me from 90 minutes away presumably so they could show their sales manager how adept they are at getting prospects to the dealership because, after all...it's a numbers game, right? These are the tactics that give car dealerships bad reputations.

Staff is super friendly, accommodating and professional. Follow up and communication is great.
