The vehicle had major issues with engine and transmission. Dealership never communicated this until after I drove two hours to see vehicle. Will not do business with them again.

The vehicle I wanted I thought was a handicap vehicle. Turns out it was not. Julian Jones was very helpful in doing detective work trying to track it down for me.

Don’t bother contacting via email. They use AI but it’s named “Celeste” and call it “internet sales assistant.” I was waiting for “Celeste” to get back to me with the info I requested so I could decide if I should make the 2 hour drive to see it and by the time I realized it wasn’t a real person and I wasn’t going to get the info, the vehicle had sold.

Nice place to work with, I wish we could have settled on a price.

The overall experience was good. However, note they do have dealer adding and charge a fee for reconditioning that should already be included in the price but is not.
