Dodge dealerships near me (Cedar Park, TX)

Left me high and dry all day waiting for answers about the vehicle and they also waited last minute to tell me they couldn’t sell the vehicle right after I got off a 12 hour shift. Car looked completely fine and pristine but was told it needed 6k worth of fixing and they would have to sell to auction. Really sketchy to me and I’m very disappointed in the overall handling of the situation as a whole. Do better next time especially when you have a customer that’s ready to buy the vehicle off your hands I had everything ready but the communication was bottom tier. The salesman was cool though not shaming him but whoever is managing the place needs to do better when they have a customer trying to buy a vehicle.

The people were really nice, but as soon as they were running numbers for me on the car, they sold it the next so that was unfair to me

Ryan and Don was awesome as well as the financing team. Was shocked at the great interest rate they were able to get my daughter. Great customer service and the SUV excided our expectations.

Great crew, took well good care of me and I'm loving every minute of my new car!!! Jack will take care of you trust!

Louis was fair, honest and very courteous to what I wanted. He is amazing

In and out quickly. Very impressed. Luke was great.

Expected me to still come in after selling the vehicle without telling me they sold it

The Toyota 4 Runner was a decent price but found out it had 2 accidents.

Dealer contacted via email in timely manner. Truck sold but I will contact them if I were to find another vehicle on their lot.
