Zeke was great, but the manager, Taylor, was the worst. I probably would have purchased a vehicle if it wasn't for Taylor's terrible communication. He was very pushy and aggressive and ruined the buying experience. Also, they were not open about pricing on the cars. When I wanted to look at their Tesla inventory, they would only show me one case at a time and they wouldn't tell me the price when I asked. A very odd experience.

I submitted to hear about this vehicle and never heard from the dealership

I scheduled an appointment to view a specific truck at this dealership, driving 30 minutes to get there. The morning of my visit, the listing had disappeared from their website — which I later discovered was because the truck had already sold the day before. Rather than contacting me to cancel the appointment, the dealership allowed me to make the trip regardless. The salesman I had been working with was unavailable upon my arrival, and it was a different representative who finally broke the news. This is not how a reputable business treats its customers. I left feeling misled and my time was not respected. I would caution others to confirm vehicle availability directly before making the trip.

Well I have text confirming deal. Had vin for insurance. Then when heading to pick up the car it was sold to someone else. Bait and switch. Beware.

Overall I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Nyle Maxwell. Price was good and vehicle was represented accurately on CarGurus. Would purchase from them again.

The staff started off great. In the process of trying to buy the car I reached out to them and they told me the car was sold. I had already begun the process of purchasing the vehicle and with no communication, they sold the car.
