Dodge dealerships near me (Boiling Springs, SC)

They had the truck listed on their website so I went with all intentions of buying it if it was a good truck. The truck was parked in the back and wasn’t even ready to sale.so they said to give them a week which I did and called back and the truck still wasn’t ready. 3 weeks went by and a lady called me saying the truck was ready to show so I rode by to find that the truck STILL wasn’t ready. So I went to another dealer in statesville NC and found and bought the exact truck I had been looking for.

This one had been wrecked with the airbag coming out, so we decided we didn't want it

Will the sales guy was polite and helpful and knew exactly what to do and how to handle things and still gave me a good amount for my trade in which was very old and had a ton of miles on it. Finance was also no problem Crystal knew her stuff and handled everything professional and quick . Great dealer because they not that big but way more friendly and personal then the bigger dealers I liked that location a lot.Also very clean

Experience so far has been great! Jalel helped us through the process efficiently and gave us multiple avenues for communication. We are purchasing this vehicle sight unseen and Jalel has given us multiple videos of the vehicle and been very helpful! We are from out of state and will fly in to pick up the vehicle in the next two weeks! We are very excited!

I texted back-and-forth with a member of the team from the dealership. Explaining in detail that I was only concerned about the out the door price. I was told if I came to the dealership I would not be wasting my time and that we could work out a deal. Only when I got there, it was not an option. Wasting over an hour of my time on an unnecessary drive. The member of this team was deceptive and hoped that I was naïve or vulnerable.

Great place to buy a vehicle. This was a great car buying experience.

Went back to sign papers and the finance guy tried changing everything from what the salesman and I agreed on. Even asked for money down all of a sudden. He was so rude & unprofessional. Sales guy was very nice though.
