Worked with Lulu. She was open to negotiate the price based on some factors. She let us take the van for a nice long test drive. She was kind and fun to talk to. We worked out a price that we liked, and bough the van right then.

I was disappointed trying to purchase a car through this dealership. I’m over 3 hours away and the dealership wasn’t able to find me the financing I needed after driving down. The next day I called my bank and got the financing no problem. I was still willing to purchase from them using my financing but they were making it very difficult. They didn’t work with my credit union using the CUDL program. I ended up going with a differing car at a different dealership because they clearly didn’t want my business.

I called and they kept telling me someone was going to call me back on a Friday. They never did. I tried again on Saturday and same thing. I decided to drive and go to see an hour away. The person i was texting was the guy i left a vm for. He said he never got anything. The coolant was dirty and tire sidewall was cracked. I message the guy he said it's good because the tread was ok. When u touch the sidewall, it starts flaking off. Def not safe to drive. He did not give me a copy of everything I signed either and he stop responding back to me. I had to reach out to a manager to get my carfax. He said he would send me a check for the tires. Michelin tires came on the truck. I told him I didn't expect Michelin just something decent. I told him we would split the difference for the coolant flush. They can pay for the coolant price and I'll pay for the coolant labor. It should not have gotten that far.

Car was not ready at the time we went to purchase.

They picked me up in Petaluma and had all the paperwork in order. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.
