I actually didn't go to dealership, I only communicate with staff by phone. Everyone I spoke with, was very helpful & courteous!

I had an amazing experience purchasing the new ride at Cerritos Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership! The sales manager (Atiq) was extremely helpful and the finance manager (Andrew) was informed and concise in the financing process. Met a few workers and the guys were all really good. Kept things simple and when I said I wanted to just test drive and look at a plan since i’m saving right now they respected that. By far one of the best dealerships. One of the guys named Chris even sent me a video before I went for the test drive showing me all the features. I appreciate that because when I went to another Chrysler dealership I was they wouldn’t even their black wing on for me or give me a tour of the car. So it means a lot to me to be respected enough to be at least shown a car.
