They were awesome -- they contacted me right away, accommodated the appointment time I requested, and arranged the test drive in an open, friendly, low-pressure way. The salesman and sales manager both showed they were familiar with the details of their electric vehicles, unlike some other dealerships I had visited recently.

They were very attentive. Up front I requested online purchase and they said they could accommodate. However,in the end to close the deal they wanted me to come in ti the showroom. Which was not an online purchase. So I vacated the deal.

Excellent customer service and attitude. Was treated very well from the minute I stepped out if my vehicle. They worked with my needs and surpassed my expectations.
