Chevrolet dealerships near me (Norcross, GA)

I went to the dealership after booking an appointment for a EV that is listed on their website. They were not able to offer a test drive. Did not offer a lease deal or a price quote. They should have not wanted my time if they knew they didn't have that car.

I feel like I was deceived by this dealer. Just bought a 2025 Traverse from them a couple weeks ago. Onstar would not connect, and they told me to try calling onstar technical support when I got home. When I got home and called onstar customer support said they could not connect to the vehicle at all. None of the vehicle gps functions work, xm radio wont work and I cannot connect the vehicle to the app. The car had 11 codes stored showing this which they 100% should know about. I had to wait to get the car into a local dealer for them to tell me that the onstar transponder has failed and is on a lengthy backorder, but they also think the dealer should have fixed this before selling

They were asking $1000 more for a 2022 car with more mileage on it than what I paid for a 2023 Chevy bolt with less miles on it. Their rates are out of whack.

Over 5k in mark up over window price Unnecessary hard hit on credit and still was unable to secure and OTD Price prior to moving forward.

Dissatisfied! We made an appointment to go on Saturday morning to look at this jeep. They sold it on Friday evening. No one called to let us know so we wasted an hour driving to look at a jeed that was not there. Then they tried to get us to look at something else. Wasted 2+ hours driving there.

Very fast on responses . I’ve been missing calls due to my work environment but I think this is an awesome dealership .
