Sales manager was helpful and even though I didn’t walk out the door with vehicle I will be back to purchase a vehicle.

I haven't been to the dealership yet have an appointment for a later date but the communication was great. With car gurus and the dealership.

Was told they would call back in 30 minutes with a response to my offer. That was three days ago, still waiting!

Salesperson, Ozzy, was upfront, honest, and did not try push anything on me that I did not want or need. Same experience with the Loan Officer. Best car buying experience I've ever had!

Staff was helpful and understanding

After we couldn’t agree on a price the staff told me the truck was sold to another person. Two days later they called and said the truck was still available and made an offer that I accepted.

Horrible experience, showed up from Brenham (2 hour drive to Houston) just for them to tell me the truck is at the “auction” and all these things were wrong with it like the suspension and transmission. And the guy that told me to show up wasn’t even there. I would rate it better than the three star but that experience was horrible. Only good thing out of that place is Matt Lopez, real solid guy and helped me find my dream truck, I would recommend going in and asking for him specifically, he’ll hook you up.
