We drove all the way to Kirkland from Yakima to see the truck that I had talked to salesman about the afternoon before. We arrived and waited to see him as he was on a call. We went out side to walk around. He came out later and told us that someone had put a deposit on it later in the day that I had called. WE did not get a call to inform us before we went. He said it wasn't a done deal yet. The person was to come in to finalize the deal. He then said we could wait,it may not go through. So we walked around the Toyota lot next door to kill a lot of time. We found a Toyota that we liked and were in the process of buying it when your sales man called to say that the Nissan had sold, but in the process the truck was in a fender bender. We are happy with the truck we did get, but not get with you.

I purchased this car, but it came with a faulty charging cord. Although the vehicle was advertised with a 90-day warranty, the dealer refused to let me ship the cord for testing. Instead, they insisted I drive over three hours—100 miles each way—just to drop the entire car off at their shop. That’s completely unreasonable. In the end, I had to purchase a replacement cord online myself for over $100 so I could actually charge the car. Based on this experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealer nor would I recommend them to anyone.
