Horrible. Finance manager Marcus is a liar and awful to deal with. Would not recommend. Go somewhere else. He will switch your words around and say things later he never said before. He definitely has a control complex and talks down to his employees.

Best experience buying a car

What started as a search for a used car, turned to buy a new car. I worked with Jeff he called and went through the numbers and gave me sound advice. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I went through the decision process. It worked out better than expected- thank you Team

The Golf Mill group was great, but Matt Fital was outstanding! I have been around salespeople my whole career and I will say he is one of the best! I drove 7 hours (round trip) to work with Matt due to his professionalism and his ability to do what he says! Anyone looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend Matt and his team at Golf Mill!

Know about any car you look at yourself - salesmen do not really know much about cars, they know about sales

I contacted the dealership to set up an appointment for a car. They set it up and confirmed the appointment the day of the appointment I drove about an hour to the dealership and then they informed me that they sold the car the day before. It was terrible customer service to not contact me about the sale before I got there. The worst was that they confirmed my appointment after the car was already sold

They contacted me immediately to schedule a test drive. Did not have the car I was looking for; however, they were very helpful.
