I'd give this dealer a zero star rating if I could. We had a signed deal on a used car for ky 16 yr old son. The car needed a new headlight and were told it would be 10-14 Biz days to arrive. We agreed to pick the car up then. About a week later I called to check on the progress to find out the dealer sold the car at auction without any notification to us. No one will call or email us back to make the situation right. You can imagine how dissapointed my son was after building excitement. This dealer, deals in deceptive practices and is not professional whatsoever. Steer clear away from them. ANY other Hyundai dealer has got to be better than this one.

Everything went great. Until we asked to see the Carfax report, the sales person got a little sketchy then. Wow, we are trying to read through it. He kept trying to have a conversation with us. On the last page, it said that the car failed the emissions test last year and was never retested. When we asked to see the codes to figure out why. He said that none of their service employees could figure out what the code meant and refused to show it to us. When we kept pushing to see the code, he went to get a service manager. But brought back the general manager instead. Who then told us how much money he spent on marketing, and how this car was such a great deal and tried talking us into buying it. We asked if we could see the code or if not can we bring in our mechanic. He said no to both. Then we walked away

I'll preface this by saying I've submitted a complaint to BBB and it has been accepted - awaiting a response from the dealership. I had been in contact with this dealership for a few days, we agreed on a price and set an appointment to come purchase the vehicle. After they instructed me to get a certified check from my bank, I get back from getting it for the amount agreed upon and I get a call saying that they had sold the car out from under me. They claimed that it's "first come first served." This was NEVER communicated to me. Had I known that, I might have made other arrangements to drive the three hours sooner for this vehicle. I would assume when you agree to a price and set a specification appointment and am told "We will be eagerly awaiting your arrival Saturday at 9am!" then there is at least an agreement to hold, especially since the appointment was for tomorrow morning, right when they open. Very poor way to treat people, let alone customers.
