Absolutely the worst experience I have ever experienced. Drove over an hour and half to see the vehicle, called ahead of time to make sure vehicle was still available. They told me they transferred it do a different location within their dealership. Drove to the dealership, truck was not there, it was at the original location. They told us that after sitting there for 45 minutes. Went to the dealership it was at, they couldn’t find the truck after waiting 30 min they finally brought it. Truck was in terrible condition, dirt and mud on the inside, scratches all over it and to top it off it had a flat tire. They made no attempt to clean the truck or even service it, told me it was liability to take it for a test drive. The truck was on the lot for 6 months and you can tell they had not touched the vehicle since the trade in, and vehicle stated to have rust in the step rails, and the interior drivers side door door jam. Sales manager was rude and they don’t care about their customers.

This was the first time I have had a good experience at a dealership Earvin M was great to deal with. Leandro, in F&I, was very professional and thoughtful of our time. I definitely recommend this team. BTW. I ended up buying the 2023 4Runner from them. They were motivated to get the sale done.

Had a terrific experience and left dealership the same day with the car.

Advertises price online but gives higher price when you come in. Then tries to push additional options that you have to purchase. Would not recommend.
