Nothing bad to say about anyone I talked to. This dealership just has bad selling morals. They show a low price on a vehicle online, then say they have dealer add-ons that go on all their vehicles. I will not buy from dealers that place mandatory add-ons to vehicles especially when they total over 4k and bring zero value to the vehicle.

The whole thing was a mess. I went in to buy a loaner for a better deal. Of course it wasn’t there… tried to sell me a new car that I didn’t want. Communicated with 7 different humans none of them helpful. Never got calls back because they were busy… not paying 2k for window tint and nitrogen in my tires. I am a woman but I’m not an idiot.

The breaks and the rotors was was no good. We had to pay $800.00 for repairs.

We appreciated Anthony’s help in getting some pointers and advice about EVs from his colleagues that have experience with driving them. We were a bit apprehensive about going with a full EV, no hybrid. Getting the opinions of others who have navigated charging stations etc. was helpful in our decision making. We did spend about five hours at the dealership which did seem long and drawn out. Overall so far we would say the experience was positive and we love the look and feel of the Blazer while we are still learning and adjusting to the EV experience.

Louis and the management at Jupiter were very helpful and considerate. Louis helped us figure out our issues with entertainment console. Jupiter Chev. has enough departments to cover every aspect of auto repair, body work, etc. We'd certainly return to them for future automobile purchases.
