It was a great experience!

Spoke with Jonathan to get price and set up a test drive. He offered to send the CARFAX which he did and said to let me know if I had questions. I asked for the mechanic’s inspection report in a follow up text and never heard from him. Followed up the next day and got no response. Received an automated follow up the day after that to which I replied I was still waiting on the inspection report. The bot said it would remind Jonathan. Texted Jonathan again that I was in town and ready to buy if I could just get the report. Nothing. Absolutely no response in three days. Suspicious to say the least. Found a superior Tundra for less money and purchased elsewhere with no drama and no hassles. Buyer beware.

Trying to do onlinebuying from this place is crazy burdensome! Switched from person to person so much nothing gets accomplished other than explaining to several different people! Can't get10 different people on the same page! I feel after 30 days that im being played with

Dealer responded very quickly. Everything went well at the dealership. Ended up buying the car. I would recommend this dealership!

I inquired about a truck we were interested. We live over 5 hours one way from this location. Fred contacted us and sent a video as requested. After viewing the truck in detail, we decided it wasnt a good fit for us. The communication was fantastic and really appreciated the timely responses. We asked them to keep an eye out for the type of truck we would like and to keep us in mind if they come across one.

Derek was great to work with. I did all the paperwork online, flew in from out of state, only at the dealership less than an hour.

Dealership will not let u test drive or look at vehicle until you fill out pre-approval application.
