Dealerships near me (McKinney, TX)

Never received a callback from the dealership AI service and text system.. Please quit wasting my time

Spoke with Jonathan to get price and set up a test drive. He offered to send the CARFAX which he did and said to let me know if I had questions. I asked for the mechanic’s inspection report in a follow up text and never heard from him. Followed up the next day and got no response. Received an automated follow up the day after that to which I replied I was still waiting on the inspection report. The bot said it would remind Jonathan. Texted Jonathan again that I was in town and ready to buy if I could just get the report. Nothing. Absolutely no response in three days. Suspicious to say the least. Found a superior Tundra for less money and purchased elsewhere with no drama and no hassles. Buyer beware.

Trying to do onlinebuying from this place is crazy burdensome! Switched from person to person so much nothing gets accomplished other than explaining to several different people! Can't get10 different people on the same page! I feel after 30 days that im being played with

Great Experience and super easy to deal with.

I can rest. I have my car! Thanks to Cari and the rest of the staff at Ride N Drive. I live in California, so I had to travel to McKinney. I was there at Ride N Drive on Monday and drove off that same day! Thanks again, Cari.

Great dealer that offers a fantastic service. Unfortunately we could not reach an agreement but I’ll keep watching them for opportunities
