Amazing people at AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa.

The place is terrible. They lie to you and add extra fees but the worst part is the fees they add after you close the deal and then they almost force you to pay for them. Look out for recon fees.

Great communication and willingness to work with me. However, Didn't buy as I found another vehicle closer to home. I'm about 90 miles from this dealership.

My experience with Breon Bennet was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Breon contacted me about a Suburban and encouraged me to drive an hour to come see it. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle had already been sold a week earlier. At no point did anyone bother to notify me before I made the trip. To make matters worse, Breon didn’t even come out to address the situation himself. I drove an hour for a vehicle that didn’t exist anymore because no one could take 30 seconds to send a text or make a call. This shows a serious lack of respect for a customer’s time and basic professionalism. Situations like this are exactly why dealerships lose trust with buyers. Management should seriously review how this situation was handled and whether Breon Bennet is representing their business appropriately. I have also made it clear that I do not wish to be contacted any further. Take your business somewhere that actually respects customers’ time.

Dealer responded by telling me the Malibu has not passed inspections and would not sell. They offered me a 2020 Malibu, but the quote was out of my range and would not negotiate.

When I was pre approved through you guys and then I was denied through them.Guys, not even pre approved or anything.They can't help me every dealership.I've called so far has not been able to help me get a car or truck.So I don't know, my ratings is zero right now
