You tell them what you want and how much you can afford and they keep coming back with crazy numbers. Then they only offered me 300.00 for my trade in so i decided this was not where i would be buying my new vehicle.

My experience was great from the moment I set foot on their lot. Great customer service and they really helped out explain all the different options that would help me with payments etc. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a nice and easy purchase.

A sales rep from Courtesy Chevrolet set up an appointment for the 4th of July at noon. When I arrived the manager was not able to locate the representative. After about 20 min, they determined that the rep who set my appointment was delivering a vehicle to another city and would not be there for the appointment. They set me up with another rep. I explained to the rep the vehicle we came to see, the rep attempted to locate the vehicle. After about 45 min, the rep advised me that the vehicle was not on the property however, it will arrive for sale in a few days. He offered to do all the paperwork and arrange financing so we would be ready when the vehicle arrived. I was upset because I needed to see the vehicle. I came a long way to sit for a long time on a very hot day to have no vehicle at the dealership. They had a picture on Car Gurus and listed it for sale, but it had never been to the dealership yet. All they could say was, "Sorry". I would not recommend this dealership.

Very strange...went to this dealership to test drive and possibly buy a certain car. After test drive we made an offer and were summarily refused. No negotiating; just no. We left and in the next 2-3 days received no less than 8 emails from 8 different "online sales reps" asking if we needed help. When we explained we drove the car and wanted to make an offer, but did not want to come in again, since the dealership is a 40 min drive, each rep stated that we should come in. We have also received several phone calls. It's been over a week since we were there and we're still getting calls. AND THE CAR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I would give 0 stars, but the sales rep who test drove with us was super nice, although new to the job with obviously got no guidance.

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Murano cross cabriolet. This has been the absolute worse purchase experience ever. I would not buy a car from this dealership is you live out of state. The customer service and follow up with paperwork and financing is totally unprofessional. This is my second time buying a car out of state with a dealership. The first time was smooth selling. But this dealership got me approved on May 1. I had to keep calling about the paperwork and when the car would be shipped. The paperwork reached a local notary on May 8. The notary advised me she couldn’t give me any copies of the docs I signed. The dealership would have to send them back to me. I received the car from the shipper on May 18 with keys and not one piece of piece of paperwork showing I purchased it. No temporary tags, bill of sales. NOTHING!! I have called the dealership numerous to get answers and have been sent voicemail and no return call. They claim the financing was completed in May 22. I finally received a copy temporary tag on May 24 via text from my sales person. The car was shipped from Arizona to Michigan with half of tank of gas and totally filthy. Bugs mashed to the trunk and black mudges on the driver side. I had to have it detailed when it arrived. Any car I’ve ever purchased came with a full tank of gas and clean, and smelling good. Today is June 4 I still haven’t received paperwork.

The car shouldn't be out on the lot. The AC didn't work. To make it short the car didn't work at all. When I asked they told me they check all of the cars. But the sales person said maybe they need to recheck this one.

The "internet manager" sends out a robot reply multiple times. When he finally responded it was with a $500 price increase AND $3000 in ad-ons. I looked up the VIN of two of the Chevy's listed on CG and both came back saying they didn't exist. When I asked the IM about that he assured me the cars were on site. I had a feeling that even if I were ok with the price increase and ridiculous extra fees, I'd make the 3+ hour trip to Phoenix to find those cars never existed. We decided this was not the dealer for us and took our business elsewhere.

My daughter and I worked with Jordon. She is an LLC without pay stubs but Jordon was so helpful. We did everything through email and text, we had our pre-approval and just had to pick up the car. It was wonderful. Great car, great price. Jordon hands down is amazing.

I contacted Courtesy Chevrolet for a Chevy Volt listed on Carguru's The first Dealer rep Quincy emailed me then I never hear back from him. Later, I called the dealer and talked to Eric about the same Volt, listed at 14500. Eric said he would email me an offer on the vehicle. I got the emailed offer for 14500.00 listing that went up to 18571.69. The car was listed as CPO and the offer wanted $999 certification fee for the CPO and a $169 fee for nitrogen, $1595 connect protect, $429 doc fee, $833 OTHER fee, $50 title. This $18571.00 price did not include taxes. In my opinion, AVOID Courtesy Chevrolet, they will fee all over you!

I responded to an ad and called to see if they had it. They said yes and had me submit my credit application etc in order to go forward with the purchase. Once I did they claimed someone had just bought it. I think they use “good deals” to lure people into their dealership with attractive offers, retract and then offer something a little more expensive. Don’t bother!

While the response was immediate, and everyone at Courtesy seemed friendly enough, I will add that it's clear they don't afford a truly "seasoned" sales team, which can be a turn off (depending on your circumstances). The desperation for the sale outweighs the maturity level of a confident sales approach. Additionally, while I had an appointment to look at a car, when I got there the car was FILTHY - another poor selling tactic. My opinion is: if you have other options with an alternate dealership, I would exercise them...

Vehicle was priced well. People were nice enough but once it was clear I wanted to buy the car and not the extras then the whole customer experience changed to a nonchalant approach to me. I purchased the car because that car/price couldn't be had elsewhere but I'm not encouraged to return for any future purchases based on how it went finishing up the sale and in the follow up calls I had to make to dealer for questions on features and warranty. These questions came out of differences sales told me and what finance said I'm actually getting. Two weeks later I'm still waiting on a resolution to some of these questions. Not a terrible experience but I would hope for better.

All I wanted to do was buy a car. I didn't want to hear about how the finance guy sells more used cars than anyone around him and is #2 in the nation in used car sales, himself personally. I don't care about any personal accolades. All I'm looking for is a reliable car to buy. If we would've liked the guy, we probably would have purchased the car. We were also told that other dealerships have $3,000 advertising fees and that there's being $1600 was a good deal, but I dealt with other dealerships that didn't. Very frustrating experience

The car was advertised initially as having A little over three thousand miles on it. I spoke to the salesman who confirmed it. I live in Las Vegas, I had to be in Arizona for a family thing so I went to go see, and buy the camaro. Turns out the car did not have three thousand miles, it was 55 thousand miles. The salesman who I had an appointment with, who I spoke with, never showed up. All very suspicious. I’m glad I didn’t drive all the way to Arizona just to buy that car. Terrible experience.what a scam I went to my local dealer here in Vegas and bought a car.

I have had a HORRIBLE experience with Courtesy Chevrolet. I purchased a 2016 Ram Promaster City Cargo Van from them. During the negotiations, I was told that they would order a second key for my vehicle, and that it came with an extended warranty. When we finally agreed on a price and shook hands, I was sent over to the financing department. As we were nearing conclusion of signing the paperwork, I asked for additional info on the key and the extended warranty. He informed me that there was no extended warranty, and there was no mention of the extra key. I was pretty upset. I had been there much of the day, and only agreed to the deal after being assured there was an extended warranty and that they would order me a new key. The finance guy told me he would add paperwork to ensure I would get the extra key, and proceeded to offer me different extended warranty options. I think it was because I was so burnt out, but I finally agreed on purchasing and financing an extended warranty. (I regretted it almost immediately once I realized how much I agreed to pay for it!) To make matters worse, I returned a couple days later to pick up my vehicle (as I had them add a spray-in bed liner), and I was told that I needed to meet with my sales rep "Q" (Quincy) to give me the keys. I had never met with him throughout my buying experience the day I spent at the dealership... however, he was apparently my assigned rep. I asked him about the extra key, and he said he would take care of me and be in touch. A few days later I called in and was again told I needed to speak with Quincy. I told him about a couple issues I had with the vehicle (chips in the windshield, exhaust cover hanging off the van and hitting the ground when going over bumps, shifting issues/ rattling noise & the extra KEY still not in my possession) and he ensured me that he would get answers for everything and follow up with me asap. A couple weeks went by, and I called the dealership to inquire about the key... they told me I needed to talk with Quincy... we have played phone tag and exchanged emails, with no resolution. Each time I am told that I will be taken care of by Q, but no one else at the dealership can help me. I have visited the dealership (each time Quincy isn't there), and NO ONE else can ever help me. This is SUPER frustrating... especially because I never really worked with Quincy. When I inquired about the guys who sold me the vehicle (I still had their business cards), I was informed that they no longer worked there! I continue to call in and each time I am told that someone will be in contact with me soon. It has been over 2 months, and I feel that I have be given ZERO customer service. The whole reason I bought from a dealership is because they are supposed to take care of you. I discovered that my vehicle was still under the manufacturers warranty, so I finally called a ram dealership (Earnhardt) about the exhaust cover issue and shifting problems/ rattling noise, and they scheduled an appointment and took care of those issues within a matter of hours! What a contrast walking in to that dealership versus Courtesy Chevrolet. I have even gotten follow up texts/ emails from Earnhardt about the repair experience! Never a follow up call/ email/ text from Courtesy Chevrolet about my buying experience! I have tried to be very nice and have continued to keep my cool... that is probably the reason nothing has been done. Hopefully posting about my experience online will cause someone at Courtesy Chevrolet to reach out to me and provide me some customer service and finally get me my additional key... I guess we will find out.

I ended up calling about the car and asked if was still available which it was, I also asked if the car had the GPS add on to it or not sense the picture of the dash screen was off and he said he would go look and he would give me a call back. And while on the phone there was a lot of back ground noise and he seemed he didn't really care for talking to me and seemed like he was hurrying the phone call too. I ended up forgetting to say something and said it before he was even done saying "later".... And he hung up, sure enough never got a call back and I'm not gonna bother calling back either because of that.

I inquired about this truck. From looking at the picture it has some aftermarket parts on it. I inquire what was installed on this truck. I want to know the details. All I received was thank you for inquiring about the truck. But they would never give me details or pricing. Don't do business with them. Read the review you will see when they get you in there they try bullying you to buy. If you have a trade good luck getting your keys back.

I was contacted by three people from this dealership. The one I responded to was Quincy, who claimed to be the Internet Manager and said they would do "whatever it takes" to get me the info I needed on a 2014 Tahoe. I asked for only one thing: a bid on the lowest price they would take for the vehicle I was interested in. After several attempts to get me to come in to the dealership to "negotiate", he finally dismissed me with "have a nice day". A lost sale as I was genuinely interested in the vehicle. Not anymore after that treatment. I would avoid this dealership at all costs!

This truck was sold when I got there. I looked at a new truck and they gave me the internet price of $35000. I had a trade in that they gave me a fair price for, but also raised the price of the truck to $38000. They gave me the typical car dealer mumbo jumbo as to why the price was raised. I think there is a new math that I haven't been introduced to yet. Needless to say, I left without buying anything. Will we ever be able to buy a car without all the nonsense?

I thought the old days of like in the movie Fargo where they add in the paint sealant even when you don't ask for it or ask to have it removed were over.....Not at this dealership. A $14,776 vehicle with $5662 worth of junk added to the top. Seriously. How could a purchaser trust the numbers when they start by jamming 40% of crap at you. Needless to say. Will not search their sight again.

I contacted an agent through CarGuru through text. She asked for the ID number for the car. I sent it to her. As soon as the sales agent figured out the car I wanted, because of its low value and presumably she'd get little to no commishion, she told me she wasn't going to help me and pushed me off to another agent that never contacted me. And now I find out Reviews get deleted if it's not favorable to the company. Nice.

They are very helpful and have the most electrics in the area. They even have one of the first Bolt EVs in the area. They also service what they sell. Ernie is very helpful and knows a lot about the SPARK EV and Bolt as well as local charging options.

The car posted on your sight was a bait and switch. I called that day on the car and was told by a salesman that he saw the car walking the lot and how nice it was and to come in to look at it. So I drove their for over an hour through traffic. The vehicle was as represented and I did purchase. I have been in the car business for over 40 years, as a GM , new car sales manager, dealer principal and factory employee. The salesman was good how ever the dealer ship is still old school with old car dogs running it. The add ons that they tried went out with the buggy whips some of the charges were from outer space, you just have to be very carefull with this store.

It was a bad start at first, i was hoping to get another vehicle for a dollar for what they advertise on black friday. It turns out great with the help of sales person name Andre he made sure that I will be happy leaving their place. He explain to me that if I can not find any vehicle that they are offering for a dollar, he will make it up to the vehicle Im trying to purchase. I end up purchasing a vehicle that I originally came in for. My payment plan was already set and done until I receive a voicemail from Brandon that I have to come back and sign a couple of documents because my payment is going to be even lower from what we agree on. That really makes me a happy person and did not mind driving back the next day. Thanks a lot guys.

Worst car buying experience ever. This place lacks integrity and is just looking to help their numbers. They changed the price on the car I purchased after we agreed on a price. After I contacted them they said they woild not do anything to help me. The car I purchased also had a flat tire and was very dirty but they just let me drive away.

after calling me i went there they could not find the car then they show me a different car and of course the price went up and give me a very low amount for my trad and a very hi interest rate even my credit is over 700 .i went to buy a 38444$ car and they give me a payment option of nearly 1100$ for 72 month ,definitely not doing business with them

I set up an appointment with Chris for a specific day at a specific time with plenty of notice, but when I arrived I was told that he was not there (it was his day off). Brilliant. I got setup with another guy named Mario who was completely inexperienced and awkward and didn't know how to answer many questions I had. The car itself I wanted to see was much more damaged than they let on and had awful cosmetic damage. I wasn't happy with my visit at all

Drove all the way there just to find out the car had sold. The salesperson knew I was enroute but didn't bother to call me. I received 2 more calls from different salespeople at the dealership that afternoon to schedule an appointment to view this same car. I had to inform them that the car had already sold. Ugh... I'll move on.

Went in to see a Camaro, but it smelled like smoke. Then test drove a new Camaro, but was out of the price range I wanted to buy. I also got hung up on the added "nitrogen filled tired" at almost $200. No thanks, I'll take good ol' air. My saleswoman was very nice and not pushy. She followed up with me, but I wasn't ready to buy.

We worked with Mario and purchased a 2013 Chevy Volt. Mario was very friendly and polite. He was great to work with. We did experience some of the back and forth haggle from the management, but I guess that's to be expected with a dealership car purchase. The finance department is where they fell short in our opinion. We were preapproved through B of A and came in with a pre approval letter. They completed the paperwork and 2 days later we sold our other used car. We contacted B of A and asked to put down the money we made from the sale to bring down the loan and lower the payment. They said it had not funded yet, so we would need to call the dealer and ask them to redo the loan paperwork for the lower amount. We left a voice mail for the person we dealt with in finance, but never heard back, we called and left another message, and again never heard back. We called and talked to someone else and they said they were really busy so they put us through to leave a 3rd message. We still never received a call. We called a 4th time and finally got through. They said there was nothing they could do. At this point a week had gone by, we spent 6 days just trying to get someone to call us back. We are very disappointed. This told us that they got our money and then didn't really care about us after that. Not the customer service experience we had hoped for and we will not be going back to Courtesy for our next purchase or recommending them.

I was interested in a used car, they offered me $1500 on a trade in and $400 a month for 48 months on a 2006 Chevy Monte Carlo with a base price of $9999 that's $19,200 total for a used car. What bank charges that much interest on a $9,999 car??

Ivan was courteous and patient. They added the dealer prep charge but all lots have similar. Offered warranty but was not pushy. Helpful even with insurance.

When I spoke with the internet salesman about the car on "cargurus" I was told it was in stock and I made an appt to see it the next morning. Upon showing up the Internet sales guy was not there, and I was informed that the car had been sold 3 days prior. They then tried to interest me in different cars. I walked out and purchased from another dealer the same day.

They gave us a car that didn't have enough seats and then took it back. We had to go down there everyday and deal with paperwork. Everyone lied to us, and we never got a car. Never going to courtesy Chevrolet again

I bought the truck I found thru car gurus. As per usual, the run around about the price, negotiations, final price. My salesman went back and forth to the managers office at least 7 times. I came in and by 10:15 I told them I wanted to buy the truck. I didn't leave until 4:05. They truck had a broken windshield. During negotiations they agreed to replace it. It is now a week later and all I've heard from them (salesman, sales manager, and financial guy) are excuses and a possibility they will not replace it. During the test drive, and warning buzzer went off. I ask the salesman several times what it was, or if he could finde out. I have since discovered that it is the warning alarm that there is a problem with the airbag. (not a cheap thing to get fixed. My mistake for not pushing the issue. During the sale, they made a big deal about the free oil changes and the free nitrogen for life for the tire. I brought it to their attention that I was from Tucon, not Phoenix and could not use either of those benefits. During the contract signing, I find where they have chatrged me $149.99 for the "nitrogen for life". When I told them that I couldn't use that because of living in Tucson, the financial guy said that that add on price was in a part of the contract, that he couldn't change. Again j A shyster move. I am NOT impressed by this dealership. I would not buy another vehicle from them. Buyer BEWARE. Stay away from these guys.

Great customer service on the phone and email. Ended up not buying from them because I changed from a sedan to looking for an SUV but had hoped they had the car for me but did not. Deal with Jeremiah he is very very nice
