Gave credit card to hold vehicle. Immediately drove 1.5hrs to see and hopefully purchase vehicle. Saleswoman called when I was 15minutes away saying “whoops, another salesperson also had a hold on the car and it’s now sold. “. Love it when the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and YOU end up the loser.

Long process but overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Phenomenal experience at Ferman. The finance manager worked incredibly hard to secure financing for my needs- and let me know what I needed to do to make this deal happen. I love my Bolt EUV and I would buy from Ferman again in a heartbeat. I am lucky that this app referred me to them- because, otherwise, I wouldn’t have found a solid family owned dealership that provides outstanding Customer Service.

communication was difficult. I'd ask for one thing and they would propose another and never addressing what I required in a truck. I got tired of the upsale/diversion. Bought a brand new Chevy in Bradenton, Fl. instead. Why, because they listened to what I wanted.
