I emailed to inquiry about the availability, and was expecting an actual person to respond so we could communicate about getting an out-the-door price. Instead I received not one, not two but four automatically generated emails (clearly I had been placed on some list!) telling me what great inventory they had and to reach out for more information. The problem was the email to which I replied didn't seem to lead to any actual humans reading them. Four times I took the time to list my questions and asked them to put me in touch with a salesperson. They failed to do so each and every time. This is pretty much low-hanging fruit when it comes to customer service: contact the customer. I was very disappointed at the lack of care they seem to have. Or maybe they just are so busy being successful that they don't need to earn new business. I definitely took my business elsewhere.

Car advertised as never wrecked with visible frame damage to it paint drips from bad paint job and doors didn’t line up when closed. Tried to still pressure into sale saying they have inspected it and found nothing wrong and had a warranty. If it was inspected it should never have been advertised as accident free
