I bought the Buick and less than a month later the check engine light comes on. Loved the sales person, but won't buy from OG AUTOMOTIVE AGAIN.

Love this dealership. They did not try to put me in anything. I was able to test drive and get what I wanted and a newer model than what I went for.

Borderline harassment, blocked their number because they called a zillion times, then tried calling me from a different number. No wonder they can’t sell cars.

This dealership is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. The person who I dealt was pleasant is the only positive. Communication is terrible. They have a receptionist, but it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Management is terrible and condescending. I had 7pm appointment to to test drive a car. Management claims they called at 6:43pm to tell me the car was sold, and I never received the call. Even if I did miss the call , I live an hour and a half away, so I kinda need a little more of a heads up. Management also said I have put a deposit on the car to reserve it. Again, because of terrible communication I would've gladly left a deposit especially knowing how far I had to drive and how serious I was about the car. Business is Business, but I'll take my business elsewhere.

Called ahead and was told it would be out if the show room to test drive. It was not. The cars are so close together you can barely open the doors. It's dark in the building and you can't see anything. Cost a sale for sure.

Avoid like the plague! I wish I would have walked away, or never made the 5hr drive. Car listed was completely misleading and when I showed up the snake oil salesman (Dave) tried to act like the car was great. I made him open the car and actually sit/see in it and then he conceded it might have been advertised wrong. UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE CENTURY! Said it was a 1-owner car, smoke free. It was actually a repo car with 4 owners and smelled to high heaven of smoke. I went to get it detailed and found out they threw fake leather seat covers on it and the smell won't come out. But there's more haha the windshield was scratched and the snake oil salesman claimed it would cost $300 to fix so he took a little off the price, come to find it's $900 to replace. I'm the idiot who didn't walk away, don't make the mistake I did

Car had water damage floor mats were soaked water puddled under mats, mildew, wasn't leaking from top probably a heater hose under dash, drove 2 hrs to look at this car total waste of time, and gas money

I would like to rate this dealership, a one star because I had a pending sale due to inaccurate documentation on their end and they were getting it fixed and going to reach out to me and they sold the truck out from under me without notifying me or anything and I had cash in hand to purchase the deal, but unfortunately, with the documentation being incorrect, they had to fix it before I could purchase And once they sold the deal then they called me so I was very unpleased and very unsatisfied
