Chevrolet dealerships near me (Dallas, TX)

I work night shift. I sleep during the day. If they would have bothered to read my message when inquiring about truck they would have known not to flipping call me at 1130am. This happened multiple times by this dealership. I went off on the last guy and he started talking shit a told me to go take my meds. Super disgusted with this dealership

We drove 1 hour and 45 mins to the dealership with four little kids. Once we arrived our sales person who was pushing us to come in that day had already left. Then nothing that we were promised twice on the phone was accurate. It was a huge waste of time.

This place lures you in with a list price lower than their intended sale price. They use different add ons to include hidden fees. Very sneaky. Flim Flam artist.

This dealer told me they didn’t sell car with salvage titles. As I was signing paperwork to purchase this car I realized it was a total loss vehicle. They then told me they couldn’t sell it and tried to push another car. It was definitely a bait and switch and a very poor experience. It had been on their lot for 45 days….. someone knew it was a salvage title.

This is one of the worse dealerships I have ever had to deal with first they would not go with the price that they have advertised on your website and on a couple of other websites versus their website because their website was just marked up higher, but the other websites were not then when I confronted him about it, they would not return my calls no matter what I did did not call back did not respond. Do not have nothing to say don’t care obviously I’m guessing so I just took my business elsewhere, but just for anybody to know, I would never ever use this dealership. They are out to scam people they’re scamming you left and right they’re trying to charge you more than the vehicle is even worth they’re doing a bait and switch. They will try to get you in the door and then take you from there so I would carry on somewhere else.

Said they had car I wanted agreed on price had papers drawn up and I told them I would be there next day to pay and pick up car only to have them tell me next day they didn’t have it to begin with. Not the way to do business!
