Chevrolet dealerships near me (Cypress, TX)

I'm in the process of making my final decision when I get back in town this weekend. 99% sure that it will be finalized this coming weekend

After we couldn’t agree on a price the staff told me the truck was sold to another person. Two days later they called and said the truck was still available and made an offer that I accepted.

Salesperson, Ozzy, was upfront, honest, and did not try push anything on me that I did not want or need. Same experience with the Loan Officer. Best car buying experience I've ever had!

The establishment is very nice and the folks seem very friendly. The automobile, as nice as it was, was over priced and not negotiable apparently. Kbb lists the 2014 Avalon Premium with 28K miles between $11500-$13500. The dealership wants $22K. My comment to them about them paying approximately or at most $12K for the car had to be close....I offered $16K out the door...giving them a profit of $2000-$3000 .. was not accepted...but..they were still friendly....just do not understand the over priced cars....I own a very clean 2015 XLE Premium with 37K miles...A dealer offered me only $9500 ...so I am sure they did not overpay for this car which is older and not as clean.... minor paint damage areas on white car.

I haven't been to the dealership yet have an appointment for a later date but the communication was great. With car gurus and the dealership.

Nyanna Knox was a great help with closing this deal. All process was smooth and completed promtly.

They don't give you clear information. You ask them something and they ignore you; they only respond when you go in to make an appointment. They won't confirm whether the car is actually there or what the price is. I asked the salesperson, Sara, for photos or a video of the car; she said she would send them, but she never did. Jeff told me the same thing and didn't send anything either.

Britt was rude through text emoji and when I spoke to her she said she’d call me back in 5 minutes. She lied. She never called back to follow through with another vehicle to purchase.
