Chevrolet dealerships near me (Cleveland, OH)

Terrible experience. I called about the car in the morning, they told me it would be ready when my husband and I got to the dealership later that afternoon. We drove 40 MINUTES to this dealership for this particular car. The Car was advertised that it had been through their “rigorous service inspection” it hadn’t even been looked at. The salesman wanted to give me another option. I told him I wasn’t interested in another option, we drove out there SPECIFICALLY for that make and model car. It was filthy, bald tires, horrible brakes. It was the fact the car was listed on one website that it has actually been through the service inspection and in actuality it was in line waiting to be inspected. Maybe next time don’t put the car up advertised in that way until it actually has been.

Overall great experience. In and out with transaction complete within 1.5 hours.

In the time that I test drove one truck here. I test drove three trucks at another dealer. The salesman had me drive only around the block and back to the lot. When I told him that I my wife and I were going to go to lunch to discuss the truck I drove before making a decision, he asked to join us for lunch. Information about the truck online was also incorrect as it was listed to have a sunroof and leather interior and had neither.

I ended up going local and got a better deal and jeep they never played with me and lied to me like Sampson sales manager! He sold it out under me meanwhile it’s still says it for sale on here and there AI Stella says it’s still for sale it’s horrible that the jeep community from another state can’t even try to make a good deal in Ohio for a jeep stick To PA people be aware they have no clue what’s good and not spare on back does t even match tire nor rim like what ! Wasn’t even willing to put one on for additional cost so needless to say they will never get my business nor anyone in the jeep community I come into contact with !!!

Was communicating with dealership and approved, Marcus was supposed to call me back 10-20min later with Warranty options. Never called or emailed 4 days later.

Phone communication was very informative an apologetic for not having the item in stock as advertised, an yes I would consider shopping at this dealership.

I would do bussinees with this dealership again
