Typical "bait and switch" operation. They'll try to schedule a test drive on a car they know has sold just to get you in the door so they can try to sell you something else.

No pressure, seamless buying experience, knowledgeable staff, up front and honest about pricing. Will go back next time even though it’s almost an hour away from me.

This dealer didn't have the car in stock after repeatedly telling me they did and tried to add on five thousand dollars in fees, including two thousand dollars for a car they claimed to have but Could Not Find. They kept us waiting for forty minutes, didn't know anything about cars we wanted to see, couldn't find the keys to any cars we expressed interest in, and everyone we spoke to there was mumbling like they were high.
