The staff was kind, Dominic was great, but I was immediately turned off by the depression era sales tactics. "It wont be on the lot long" when its been on the lot for over two months and upon arrival being told "someone from Pennsylvania is here to buy it, they just showed up and now they're mad" All told I was there for about 4 hours, it was a busy night for them and I still think 4 hours was pretty quick. Financing was INCREDIBLY fast. There was no room for negotiation whatsoever, which in this instance was reasonable given it was already a good deal. The gas cap sticks and needs replaced which was not disclosed in the listing, the tonneau cover has a rip which was not clearly pictured either. The vehicle lacks some options that were included in the listing. My biggest frustration was the trade in offer on my vehicle - they essentially offered the scrap value. The deal, sticker alone, was simply too good to pass on.

they keep sending me emails on my purchase of the vehicle that they sold to someone else after I had a purchase conformation number and email and they took a month to tell me that they sold it to someone else. I just got another email asking about my purchase again

My experience was ok but don’t like the fact when someone spend money on a car new or Used tje car new to the person purchasing it so to have mix match tires on a car and A half Of tank of gas is insane
