The dealership contacted me if he away and has sent me several options in their inventory. Very good experience so far.

The required $3,500 of warranties I didn't want, after 2 hours of test driving and discussion. Huge waste of time and very deceitful sales tactics to get me in the door. Worst dealership experience I've ever had. I had to walk out.

Very bad customer service. And management is horrible. Tell you one thing than come back and say another. Do not truest these guys

When I came to see the car, it was ready to be test driven. They told me that I couldn't take their rusty used car to be checked out by my mechanic, that I had to bring my mechanic to their dealership. (As Jackie Gleason used to say, har-har-hardy-har-har.) Their salesman's interaction conveyed sexism.

Not a great experience. Car was advertised for a price. I set an appointment to see the car, all was good. I made a reasonable offer, it was declined. I did go up to the asking/sticker price and they still rejected it. They would not sell the car for their asking price unless I purchased a "protection" package for $3,300 on top of the asking price. I asked about the car sitting at the dealership for so long, didn't they want to sell it? Their reply was, "we don't really care, we'll just trade it to another dealership". They claimed they wouldn't make money on the car without this add-on. I just wasn't interested. After leaving, the price of the car went up $3,000... unfortunate. I did find a car, with lower miles, and a year newer for the same price as I was willing to pay at this dealership. The salesman nor the sales manager came off as professional, slimy and kind of greasy looking...
