Staff was friendly and helpful.

Car was clean and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Staff was friendly (not pushy). During the visits the staff would tell us about options but, not push if our answer was no thank you. All questions were answered. Information about the vehicle shown on the CarGurus website was spot on.

Entire staff was very good with communication, and very helpful with any questions I had and very welcoming pricing compared to a more local dealer. Bonus points for them driving over an hour to my house to save my partner and I about a couple hours of time that allowed me to sleep later being 2nd shift

Sales and F&I very both very good. The physical dealership could use an update. I would have liked to know this was a no negotiation dealership….a major oversight as far as I was concerned

They never contacted me. I contacted them through the site as well as through their web site and i called. I do not kn ow if the car was avalible or not but it is still listed on there site.

Drove 2 hours to the steelership to find out that the car I went for was sold before I walked in. Communication would have been nice before I made the drive.

Jake from Sloan was very helpful. He answered my questions with a lot of details. His responses were quick and effective.
