I got to the dealership and they told me that they could not find the key and then after they looked for the SUV they told that it wasn’t there and then asked me if I wanted to buy a Chevy instead but I was told that I could come back by in a few days to see if the car was there didn’t like it too much

dealer would not give any information over the internet or phone they kept saying drive down here, drive down here - over an hour away - the days of driving to dealerships and spending hours in a showroom are over this dealer needs to move into the 21st century everything is done online, Ive bought a couple cars on line and out of state to dealers that were actually willing and looking to sell cars, they wouldnt help me with what I wanted - simple questions - so I bought elsewhere to a dealer that would, Bergeys need to make with the times and learn how to use the internet not just for posting pictures of what they have, dont waste your time here buy somewhere else

I highly recommend Bergey's Chevy or Ford. They always properly respond and have good prices. People from NJ should consider them because their prices are better and they only charge tax and tags. NO DOC FEES, PREP FEES, TOTAL LOSS PROTECTION FEES and any other garbage you can expect in Jersey.

I had a great dealer experience. My salesman was extremely professional and knowledgeable but also made me very comfortable and never pressured. All of the conditions, warranties, etc concerning the car were explained in detail to me. The car was clean and ready for me to test drive. I was there for a little while and all of the staff was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend Bergey Chevrolet and will definitely use them when it's time for me to purchase a new car in the future. Kudo's to Bergey Chevrolet :)

Looked at the Denali. It was washed but not detailed. This vehicle was a bit less than I was hoping for. Well used for a 2011. Dealer was very busy but did manage to chat with me. Not flexible on pricing or offers, It was nice Clean dealership facility.

I didnt end up looking at the car because it wasn't exactly what I was looking for & that the dealership was 400 miles away. Now if they offered a free flight there...and If i bought it i could have just driven it home. Lol.

Keith and Steve of Bergey's were great. They responded promptly to my emails and made sure the car was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. They also ensured I knew the particulars of this vehicle (it was a standard transmission), before I arrived. The car was as advertised, no camera angles obscuring blemishes. After the test drive I was left to go through the car myself without being rushed or chatted up. Once I decided I was going to buy the car I sat with Keith and before we started paperwork we just had a regular conversation about cars. No sales gimmicks. It was a very relaxing low key environment and it was a pleasant experience. We were able to work out a deal that was fair to both myself and the dealership. I will absolutely consider Bergey's Chevrolet in the future and encourage others to do the same.

They had the car clean, prepped, and ready. Price seemed fair but they would not negotiate (Which is why I gave them 4 stars and not 5). Paper work was completed fairly quickly. The extended warranty I purchased for the vehicle seemed a little pricey. Friendly people. Overall a good experience. I recommend this dealership.

I gave two stars for the salesperson who helped me during my shopping visit there, he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and he wasn't an aggressive salesman as I have experience from other dealerships. I also gave two stars only because they hold me there for 3 hours on my second visit when I actually came back to buy the car with loan aproval letter from my bank... unfortunately as this thing happened often because of my English not perfect some business always will try to take advantage on you and this dealership actually tried to avoid my loan aproval from my bank and they failed a loan request on my behalf and came up with 3% more higher rate than I received from my bank. The said that they're system gave an error message when the trying to applied my aproval code but it's all was part of the game... after I refused to take their new higher direct loan and called my loan agent from my bank he told me that nothing wrong with my aproval loan the bank gave but the dealership just requested a new direct loan... if my bank loan wasn't expire the following day I definitely wasn't buying the car from the place.

Terrible experience. I've never worked with a car salesperson who seemed less interested in selling me a car. I went with checkbook in hand and both sets of keys to my current vehicle. Test drove a car I really liked and was ready to buy. Salesperson actually told me to "think about it" and that I might be better off making the last two payments on my lease! Almost zero follow up after being in the dealership and they had a very "take it or leave it" attitude regarding my trade, their offer, etc. Meanwhile, I found a very similar car at another dealer that was extremely helpful, informative and worked with me on every aspect. I bought the car from this dealership, got everything I needed and am very happy with it.

Great overall experiance. My vehicle was CPO so I missed a couple of nicks but no big deal. I had to have radio updated for Android Auto after I left. This was a March update that was overlooked. Dealer stated oil was changed but in car reading stated 53 %. When I called back I was told how to reset oil life timer. Dealer stated mechanic must have forgotton to reset post change (I hope thats what it was). It is always better to sell your old car privately. Trading in is not the best financial option and there was no exception here. When all was said and done my transaction was very preasure free and went smoothly. I would buy from this dealer again.

Talking with Dan was great. Very responsive and helpful. Once I got past Dan and got a salesman to talk to. Felt like I was forgotten about. Asked a price for leasing an when he got the prices back to me, I asked him to get me prices for just buying it out for 7 years. And never got back to me. Must not want to sell vehicles??

Great experience with Sales rep. Great work with financier once I got to see him. Had to wait over an hour to see the financing guy to sign the paperwork, resulting in a less than perfect score.

They were not willing to negotiate a price. Brad wasn't very friendly and was late for an appointment. The first guy was very friendly and nice but didn't have much info about the car which was understandable since he was helping me last minute and had someone waiting for him as well. I would not recommend working with Brad. The car also had damaged to the right side rear bumper that they left out of the pics of course and a cracked light. Many scratches and dings in the car with poor touch up paint.

I was completely please with the entire sales process. Ken Bobb my sales consultant I don't believe could have made it any easer if he tried. We had the complete transaction done in less than 2 hours. Out the door! Was great and would recommend Bergey's Chevrolet to everyone.

Contacted me within a half hour after my request. I spoke with two gentlemen and set up an appointment. Showed me the car as soon as I arrived and went over the whole car and took it for a ride. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and I must mention they were very warm and kind. I would recommend this dealership to friends.

Nice truck, looks like a pretty good deal- I'm self employed and painfully affordable, therefore most likely driving my truck till it dies, then taking a job within walking distance- I'm so tired of fighting customers over prices anyway! Don't my kids deserve basic provisions by the work of my hands? Amen.

Car salesman would not test drive the car with me because he claimed he got car sick. I was introduced to another salesman by the manager and she said she was just leaving. I'm a long time customer of Bergey's and highly recommend their service department. Their sales department, however, is far below what you might expect.

Internet sales person arranged purchased,I than arranged shipping company to piickup and deliver car,was told after that car was sold to someone else,not good business practices seemed like management and sales team are not on the same page,would not reccomend doing business with this dealership,dealers like this gives autodealers a bad reputation!!!!!!

The used 2014 Chevrolet Impala 2LTZ I purchased is in great condition. There was one problem with the audio which they fixed the next day. The sales rep was courteous, friendly and worked with me on the negotiated final price. I would recommend this dealership.

They contacted me the very next day after emailing them & telling them I was interested in the car. The sales person Joanna is ego I dealt with, she was very nice. She handled everything over the phone so when I got there all I had to do was sign the papers. Only bad thing I would say is if you're trying to trade your car in its best to sell it in the street. I had a 2004 Grand Prix gtp that I know I could've gotten around $2000 for it, they only gave me $500 for my car. Oh & of course I was getting stared at a little funny when I walked in because I'm colorful (black) but when I made my purchase the other salesman loosened up. Joanna was great through it all, overall I will refer someone to go there!

I had a great experience. I went there looking at a 2009 Rogue and after asking for the Car facts, I asked Stan, sales rep, to show me more Rogues. He found me a 2011 Nissan Rogue in better conditon, fewer miles obviously BUT it was recently marked down into my meager price range. I received excellent trade value for my car which help reduce the price even more! Thank you, Stan, at Bergey's! Two days later I was in my new car and so so HAPPY!

Lito was great, low pressure and very well versed on the vehicle and the financing department was the most personable and least pushy I have ever dealt with - and this is my 6th car purchased at a dealership! That doesn't even touch on the fact that their listed price blew all other dealerships out the water! I was very happy I made the 3 hour drive to visit and purchase from them!
