Although I purchased from another dealer. The staff at Heritage Catonsville was very professional and courteous. All my responses and phone calls were attended to and promise to follow-up were done.

We only communicated trough text and email.Very quick response to my questions.I never drove the car that I was interested in,but I wouldn't hesitate to do business in the near future.

Called for a vehicle they were advertising as available. Then was told the car wasn’t even there. Called back a week later cause listing was still online. Sales man told me it was available, manager called back and said car was sold but they were waiting for customer to pick up.

The general manager and two sales associates contacted me in response to my interest. Everybody was enthusiastic and wanting so much to be helpful. I made an appointment to check out the Miata on offer. I drove 38 miles to the dealership which had advertised a red soft top convertible. When I arrived it turned out to be a gray hardtop convertible. A classic bait-and-switch? Perhaps. The sales associate’s reaction was a shrug and a mumbled apology. I left the general manager a VM but never heard from him again. The next day the dealer’s website had been changed to show a gray hardtop for sale. I’ve deleted Heritage Mazda of Catonsville from my used Miata search file.

The photos of the car online did not accurately reflect the car we saw when we arrived. The tailgate had stickers on it and there was chipped paint around the wheel well. The pictures online included the tailgate and the wheel well but did not have stickers or chipped paint. The video sent by the salesman was also shot in a way to ensure we didn't see these issues.

Had an appointment to test drive the car. The car was still buried under snow, no gas in car, had error light on dashboard. Salesman was not sure what the error code was, and correcting the problem would be the responsibility of the buyer. Obviously, did not purchase the car.

Very quick to respond and went out of their way to go over my needs as to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Very friendly and courteous.

The dealership is very dysfunctional. They tried to change the price of the car to a higher amount when I started the purchase process. I luckily had proof of the lower price to force them to honor the original price. The finance department was a joke as well trying to sneak in up charge items when I was signing the deal. I asked them to have the deal ready for me to sign when I came in and they did nothing even though I can submitted credit application and was pre approved and fully approved by several banks and credit unions. This dealership is not recommended if you are a no nonsense shopper with excellent credit. The only reason I put up with the BS is because they mistakenly listed the car for $3,500 below market value. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will never go there again even if they make another mistake pricing a used car.
