Was contacted by Ashley, very quickly and pleasant, answered all my questions-right car for me just wrong exterior color

Things started off well, but as with most car dealers, things can go downhill fast when dealing with the finance department. I had an approval with Capital O, which they would not honor, and when I decided to bend and fill out their loan app., there was no follow-up. I had to call multiple times to get turned down. Thank you because I got a better car elsewhere.

The sales rep told me to put crazy glue or putty on the front bumper of the car to fix the broken lower part of the bumper that was clearly broken which is totally unacceptable especially since I was paying straight up cash I will never visit this dealership again or recommend them to anybody

The best experience I had , after visiting several dealers, Pepe was extremely great with staff , price the same that was advertised no hidden fees, great experience,sales person Michael was extremely helpful and busy

Mr. C. Williams was a true gentleman. He was honest, straightforward, and upfront about everything related to the vehicle I was interested in. He kept addressing my concerns and questions throughout the process. I highly recommend Mr. Williams and this dealership in particular. Unlike other dealerships, there was no pressure here. The lady who assisted with the financing was incredible. She knew her stuff, was exceptionally competent with her figures, and provided us with various options available to me. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership.
