Cadillac dealerships near me (Crystal Lake, IL)

Received multiple messages and communication that the car was there and ready for test drive and scheduled an appointment. After driving 35 minutes and arriving, I was told it was actually in the shop having maintenance completed and not sure when it would be available. Complete waste of time.

I bought a Lyriq Signature Sport AWD

I contacted the dealership with interest in buying the vehicle. I had expressed how much I wanted it and I was unable to be there due to work. I was scheduled a time to come in picked by the dealership not me. Then notified the vehicle was sold that night after our communications. Dealership never reached out. I even let them know I was pre qualified and would start the process over the phone. Just a very unprofessional handling and I would never buy a car from them or any other Napelton dealerships not recommend them to anyone.

I was very dissatisfying The deal ended up being a shady one and I had to go back to the dealership to get additional refund being a 79 year old lady in black for some reason I felt the store I was being taken advantage of I even offered to give them a car back if the paper was not paperwork was not corrected after a long back-and-forth they finally refunded me the additional funds actually I would never go back to them to purchase another car ever.

Very nice and very respectful did not have enough time to think about it I went Saturday and Monday the Escalade was sold

We would not go back, dealership seemed quick to let you test drive than wanted you to purchase almost immediately. Gave us a brand new sales person (he was nice but started that week) We had a few questions before buying an $80k truck. Took our business elsewhere where they spent time, thanked us for traveling hours to them and very knowledgeable on the trucks they were selling.

The vehicle was in peristine new condition all work was done to make it new condition.
