When I first emailed about the vehicle they called me the same day. I ask a simple question about the sun roof, she said she will call me back that never happened. I called to see the vehicle and set a appointment, when I arrived the car was not there. They email me back saying I was late for the appointment. I responded letting them no I did show up, then I was told someone was purchasing the car right now. I will never do business with Cadillac of Naperville.

I called looking for a new truck, the lady tells me to come down and let talk face to face, she wasn't trying to waste my time or there's. I say ok. I drive 2 hours from the Wisconsin area to come down and check out this truck. Seem to be all good, talk to the manager about it, we worked out some numbers to get me in this new truck. Call me the next morning with good news. Said I was approved told me how much I had to put down for the payment and how much my monthly payments were goin to be, everything seemed to be good. Then I tried to give him my card information over the phone for my payment before I came down and signed all the paperwork, next thing you know he tells me we have some one else coming to look at the truck that might want to buy. I'm thinkn to myself, why are you guys even allowing that to happen after you done told me how much I had to put down and what my monthly payments a month a be, and I was trying to give them my deposit over the phone. They end up selling it,

Absolutely burned by this dealer!!! Saturday afternoon appointment setup with the receptionist to see this truck. Explained I would be traveling 100 miles, and was bringing my family to see that it fit us. Received a follow up call to ensure we were coming and was told the truck would be inside for us to view. We drove our two hours to the dealership, and began looking over the truck with our salesman. All warm and fuzzy to this point. Five minutes into this, as I sat in the vehicle looking things over, when another associate pokes his head in the cab saying “he needs the mileage as this truck just sold.” What??? Completely disregarded our established appointment, myself, my family, and the salesman that was helping us. Unbelievable! Disappointed to say the least. That’s the definition of cut throat business practice.

Steps did not work . Said that’s why it’s 3000 under value. Said it was a 3500 fix. So not a good deal after all. They could have fixed it at a cost of 1500 by there mechanic and had a sale or listed it higher. Did not have a warm fuzzy feeling especially since it’s going to be worth less in 3 weeks when it’s a year older. Dealer did not disclose that it did not work . Found that out for myself. Overall dealer was ok and curtious. Just no good deal .

Salesmen were great, service dept sucks, don't stand behind their work. Took a week to replace rims and detail car. Center caps fell off car on the ride home, armor all everywhere. Emailed salesman no response back,

Extremely helpful staff!! They bent over backwards to make sure i left with the jeep that i wanted. I would recommend the Cadillac of Naperville to anybody!!! Nino and Mike and Rocco were absolutely amazing! I couldnt be a happier client ;)

i had very quick email responses which appear to be system generated. I called the name on the email and did not receive a response for 2 days. i received a follow up email from the sales manager and responded to that. once i responded to the sales manager I received a response from the sales person. things went well from then on.

The contact was good, but got confusing over the week end. I started with one person, another jumped in and was then contacted by the sales manager. By the time I got the email it was Sunday. I was never told the vehicle was sold and would have withdrawn the money Monday morning. Thank goodness Car Gurus let me know the vehicle was sold before I removed the money from my retirement account! That is my only complaint regarding this vehicle and the dealer. It was a different type of purchase, as I was purchasing from another state and they may not have thought I was a serious buyer. Had they needed a deposit I would have gladly furnished them with one.

nice guys , had an average experience with cadillac of naperville , they dont put much into their used cars . needed tires and and had a few damaged cosmetic items but was able to negotiate price to where I could replace items needed. their detailing on the vehicle was lacking ,had lots of hair and dirt between seats.

I was contacted three times via e-mail about my interest in the Taurus. I responded to two of the e-mails and I NEVER received a follow-up response to what I sent them. They IGNORED me when I told them I could not get there right away to look at the car. This really pissed me off. I am genuinely interested in purchasing a Taurus Ltd to replace mine (which was totaled). The three salesmen could spend time to send initial emails but they could not reply to my follow-up emails? What kind of customer / internet support is that? Lots of initial initiative to try get a sale but absolutely no effort to actually get one! I am very disappointed in them. I expected so much more from a Cadillac dealer.

The vehicle was way overpriced and there were some paint overspray on the passenger side door and the inside of the vehicle had smoke damage and the vehicle didn't run that well it was rusted all underneath and the rotors brakes were all rusted

Not a great experience. Started with one salesman, transferred to another, a day later he was not with to dealership. Had to go over information 3 times, because no one updated our info into the system, and they don’t return phone calls, as promised.Not a good experience. We purchased vehicle someplace else.

Everyone at Cadillac of Naperville was great! Everything they told me ahead of time regarding financing terms and trade-in allowance, was exactly as they said it would be when we came to make the purchase. There were no surprises. The financing process was very easy since we submitted an online credit application. We chose to add in a bumper to bumper warranty. They explained all of our options, but did not pressure us. Kenyan, Jeremy, Steve...everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are so thrilled with our Acadia Denali. It's great to buy the car you have been looking for, in your price range, with financing and warranty from a great dealership. Although they are 2 1/2 hours away from where we live, we will definitely do business there again! It was definitely worth the drive!

It was a very pleasant experience. I found the vehicle in the lot that I was looking for and the sales person did come out and greet me. He also offered me a test drive of the vehicle. My husband went and looked at the CRV and was interested in it. They didn't want to drop much in the price, so he walked away and told them to call if it drops. By the time he got home they called and left a message that they were going to drop the price $2000, which we thought great. Jeff made a phone call and the end price didn't add up to the price we were told. The next day we went in and the manager said that was a mistake and wouldn't honor the price that was left on our messages ( which we had recorded). We did come to a price but I was not happy with the customer service from the sales person or the used car manager. One employee even said thanks for taking it off our lot, I guess a Honda isn't good enough for a Cadillac dealership. It was a kick in the butt on the way out the door after purchasing a car. I don't think I would deal with this dealership again.

   Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We only improve by knowing where we fail our customers. Its my understanding that there was a similar vehicle and caused an internal confusion, for this we are very sorry. . There is no excuse for not having the correct vehicle information and the managers will do a better job understanding this. . I had an appointment at 4pm, when I arrived, I entered into the new car building, there were 3 men and 1 woman in suits stand at a counter. No one said anything to me, no greeting what so ever. After standing there waiting to be acknowledged I started walking forward when to men in an office directly behind the group of people noticed me, one greeted me and took me to the used car building. As we are walking he asked me what car I was interested in, I told him and he said "it was a good car and he only remembered it because someone was just there to see it". When I entered he sat me down, got a salesman for me and left. The salesman then asked me The same question, "what car?". I told him he goes on to say "oh, that car is being sold right now, they're literally signing the papers as we speak and is there something else we can find you" I then said I had an appointment and why didn't I get a courtesy call stating that. Why did I have to drive all this way to be informed of that. I asked for a manager, he came in defence mode. Instantly, somewhat aggressive, telling me "I should have put a deposit on it, that appointments don't hold the car". I know that I stated. And asked me to to look at something else. I said you don't have anything else, walked out PISSED and started my long ride back home. A simple courtesy call and an apology could have given me a better experience at this dealer.

The dealer experience was great. All of my expectations were met. The process of buying vehicle can make people uncomfortable, and the staff at Cadillac of Naperville were awesome. They know how to treat a customer.

Terrible, terrible no more follow ups, I thought this was a good dealer, even the general manager promised help but nothing happened. All say but no action. Do what you say....

Great experience working with SAL!! Took the time, provided other vehicle options based on my wants in an XTS - color, options, etc. Basically they worked with me to make sure I had a great buying experience. Was greeted by everyone that I came into contact the dealership. The team was not pushy. If you are looking for a new or certified Cadillac I would go to Cadillac of Naperville!!!

Horrible dealership, not willing to give you what your car is worth. They would rather have their cars that on their lot and pay taxes on it then to sell it to a buyer for less than $1000 of what they were asking for.

I believe they would have shown much more interest if I would have been buying a new Cadillac instead of a Used vehicle. They were not very helpful.
