No one ever contacted me

I had a bad experience with the location in Baltimore md dealership be careful when going here they like to play games with their customers. I put in an inquiry for a white Tesla model Y i get there just for them to tell me the car wasn’t there i then asked where is the car? They tell me it’s in the VA location but it’s not ready so i said ok. I end up giving them all my information just for them to tell me the banks pick the car i want and that i will have to settle for whatever car they pick for me, after waiting 8 hours. Then the sales man name Abdulla drive us to a location 30 minutes from the dealership to pick up another car i didn’t ask for. Then we get the car i check it out the rear view mirror was loose and the charge port was broke. We get back to the dealer ship i told them i didn’t want the car so i proceeded to walkout and go home. Not to mention i had an approval. They call me like 25 minutes after i left and tried to put me on another vehicle i didn’t want.

They suck! open the door for you when they think you are a customer, but when you won't fall for their lies and want to negotiate like any normal person, they get aggressive (manager) We told them we would pay cash and asked for the $800 fee to be removed as it states clearly that "not required by law" they claimed they had to charge it. when I pointed out that not required by law means it is not required as they claim. then they complained about the price of the car being too low to do it. I pointed out that they are the ones who set the price, they got angry. so, therefore, this dealer SUCK! I hope that helps.

The dealership overcommunicated - as many dealerships do. I was contacted several times by multiple people even after I visited. The price for the car was high and was non-negotiable. Not a bad experience but not one that led to me wanting to move forward with a sale.

Very Nice and helpful. Car is be shipped to Charston so I can Test drive the Lincoln.
