Rob Moreno is the best! He was easy to talk to, didn't rush through the paperwork with us and already had GAP coverage included with our price before we even asked about it. Our financier wanted a higher down payment than we had budgeted for, but he was able to work out a deal to bring it down by almost half! Considering the mess of a deal we had with a previous vehicle, Rob and the owner of Membercar were very sympathetic to our situation and went out of their way to make sure we left their establishment with a smile on our faces, and we did! They even bought us lunch! Thanks to Membercar for reminding us that there are still good, honest people in the world who want to see others happy.

I had confirmed an appointment, I was assured the car was available. I was told that people had driven it and were interested in it. I was driving from Baltimore to Rockville for the appointment. 40 minutes into the trip. I was called and notified that the car had not passed inspection, yet had been told on the phone that the car had been test driven by customers the day before. How is this possible? Dishonesty, one way or another.

The car had unknown damage that wasn’t in the photos and also smelled like pee and the car seller was werid and kept trying to recommend cars he’s knows aren’t reliable and I already said Toyota or Honda he kept saying “oh Hyundai, Nissan, Infiniti,jaguar, etc” the windshield of the Scion was cracked we drove all that way for all the cars to be bottom of the barrel and not only that but they were overpriced almost 6k for that?
