I tried contacting the dealership through car gurus and an AI automated message kept coming up and continued to come up and no one from the car dealership contacted me about the vehicle. When all I wanna do was talk to a human and not a computer about purchasing a car.

these people miscommunicated with me from the beginning. they are a 40 minute drive from my house and i needed to go look at the car then bring it back up to my mechanic. they said no problem and that they understood and accepted this. the next sales person i communicated with tells me they don't allow any cars to go off the lot to other mechanics but that i was welcome to have my mechanic come there to loook at it. what balony. never heard of this. i kept the email that first gave me permission to take it to my mechanic and sent it to thboth salespeople and they're answer was sorry for the miscommunication. as with most dealers they tell you one thing to get you there then screw you over with 'oh that car just sold what else can we show you' no matter how nice and honset they appear to be on the phone, most of them are crooks.

The mobile charging code is not working. When I show it to them, they say they won't fix it for me. I noticed this problem the day after I bought the car.
