Excellent from start to delivery

Junk on the lot and no one around to talk to. Pricing appears to be inflated on a great deal of auction aquired vehicles which should've been wholesaled.

I sent an inquiry through CarGurus to make sure the truck was still available and I received a text shortly after from "Jerry" confirming it was. From there I scheduled a test drive the following afternoon which I confirmed the following morning. I then drove 2.5 hours to the dealership and asked for Jerry when I arrived. I was told that "Jerry" was an AI tool that was used for leads and not a real person, and that the person it was sent to was probably off that day. After seeing my facial expression the salesman called over his team lead that explained to me that the truck wasnt available any longer because someone already put down a deposit on it, but still needed to trade in their current vehicle. He said I could still test drive the truck and put a deposit down just in case the other person backed out. I asked why nobody called me because I did submit a pre-approval request. No response. After I left frustrated they still ran my credit after I told them I was no longer interested.

Orleans Ford was fantastic. Every step of the way was outstanding. I traveled from out of state to look at a car. Never would have considered doing so except that the salesperson there, tanner, walked me through the process the whole way with incredible ease and delight. I love the car and bought it. They gave me a terrific price. 10 out of 10. Absolutely recommend. They even drove to Buffalo airport to pick me up. Awesome
