This dealership was so clean efficient and had a good stock of cars. My salesman, Stephen J was awesome and attentive. He listened and followed up on my inquiry via the Internet and delivered what he said he would. I ended up purchasing the car and will likely have this be my dealership moving forward. They were all nice very professional efficient also to mention the financing gentleman, Irving and Victor, the concierge.

Didn't have the keys to the specific BMW iX or any new BMW iXs. Never called back or followed up to schedule another appointment. Didn't seem to be bothered to sell any car.

Willing to answer questions and send information about vehicle when asked but it is not standard practice as it is at a few other businesses (i packet)

Advertise car that is not available and try to sell you a different car !

I contacted the dealer with car price above market value at the time at ~$59k. I was hoping they can drop the price to the fair market value, but the dealer just tell me to go some place else in a very unpleasant way. After couple days, I noticed they dropped the price to market price in the advertisement.

I called inquiring about the color of a vehicle advertised on Car Gurus but they would not tell me. after almost a week, they said the vehicle was no longer available.
