Totally misled by the entire team. Was informed later the vehicle has no air conditioning and would be sold as is. No courtesy to inform buyers beforehand during the purchase process when they knew upon arrival the vehicle didn’t have air conditioning. Up until that point Donte was informative but didn’t take into account wasting customers time.

From the first "Request More Information" tab/email, to following through on all the questions asked, they were all on point. Nick Chung with sales and Ceja Baltazar with financing make a great powerful combo to get things done. Returning emails and phone calls promptly is something quite unique now a days, BUT, these guys are definitely on it and doing it. Even sending a full video of the vehicle from the inside and outside is something that no one does, but Nick did it! The test drive, the paperwork, the financing, it all went very smoothly. This is what happens when you have professionals working for you and with you. Totally and completely an AWESOME experience! Will definitely be returning to Crevier BMW for my next vehicle purchase. And GUESS who I will be personally asking for!

I was led to believe the 2019’ BMW 540i was in excellent condition, which I asked several times, and Brandon insisted the car was just that, excellent condition, however, after driving two hour to test drive, the car had several areas of the body which had been damaged and was poorly painted to hide the poor condition, along with torn seat. I wasted over five hours of my life, due to deception.

Vehicle was super clean and Certified. Bill took pride in owning the end-to-end Customer Experience. My wife knew right away that she wanted to purchase the vehicle. It was really a test to see if Bill might talk himself out of a sell. However, his overall knowledge of the vehicle and technical capabilities was so impressive we did not even ask for additional discounts on purchase. Loved the feel of the dealership. We were told that it was independently owned and not part of a franchise. You could tell based on how the employees operated. Everyone seemed as though they had "skin-in-the-game". They also placed a bow on every purchase and parked it in garage for photo-ops. That's a great final touch and makes the entire process worth the wait. Appreciate the folks over at Sterling BMW!

I never heard anything back after trying to finance the car. First report was helpful . I wanted to see 2 cars and scheduled time to go back and only 1 car was available and the second rep didnt know anything about the second car I asked to see. So I went elsewhere to see a similar car

I acquired about a car although I live out of state. Zury willingly assisted me, even though in the end I couldn't purchase the vehicle. He was polite and very helpful. He facetimed me so I could see the vehicle live. I was told I couldn't purchase the vehicle unless I resided in CA or had a CA address. But he took to the time to find an affiliate dealership on the east coast so that I could possibly get the vehicle shipped through a partner dealership. Unfortunately, this situation did not work out to my advantage. I want to thank Zury for all his help, thank you.
