Average dealer nothing special to get me over there to buy a used Honda Odyssey Touring. I have never purchased a used vehicle. Reason is so I can get my tennis equipment, bikes, and pet trailer. I like the fact if they bothered to take time to ask me simple questions instead of thinking they’ll wait until I show up on their lot. No I buy from people not always price. Used car I was looking at is 10 years old. So Not gonna worry there are tons out there. The connection was not very poor.

Arrived at noon on January 26th, Williy was not there. His colleague recorded my DL and let me test drive it. The service of this store is very good. I want to buy the car I test drove this week. I hope they give me a good price.I recommend friends to visit this store.

I am having the worst car experience of my life. The most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He told me he would have the registration when I got back from my trip. He didn’t have it. For the next 2 weeksdays he kept telling me he would have it for sure. But everyday he is coming up with an excuse. So I drove from San Diego to Victorville to follow his wife to go get it in San Bernardino. Waiting 4 hours. Then they tell me there is a lien on the car so they cannot get registration. They bought it from Carmax and blaming them. They are a dealership. They should have this done properly. He just want me to go away and not take any responsibility. Now I am in a mess. This is awful!!

I did not purchase the vehicle I had looked at but the were attentive to my questions.

Battery was dead on the truck even though I had a scheduled appointment with the dealer. There were issues with the truck that the dealer played off as no big deal although I stressed with them I wanted everything fixed before I took it home. They decided to push me anyway with the sales managers bad tactics even offering to take $10,000 off the price of I just took it home that night. He wouldn't put it in writing so I left. Very pushy sales tactics and they don't care if you're happy with what you're taking home as long as they sell a vehicle. I warned them that I wasn't a fool but they decided to test me anyway. Won't be back.
