BMW dealerships near me (Los Angeles, CA)

Very helpful. Good follow thru. Helpful with creative financing!

Good service. Juan is really lovely and helpful. The car is very cute. Happy customer

Great price on the car, low miles. However, my personal preference is looking for black/black M4

Staff were all courteous, starting with Sia Wang who was the sales person. We never warmly accommodated. Up to financial dept. was a great experience!

Very friendly. We didn't come to a final deal but it was more of a "lease" vs purchase issue, not a pricing issue.

Sales manager and sales man were very friendly to work With

communication via email. I was out of town but received the information I needed.

We drove 4 hours to look at a car, but the day before, Wael Facetime'd us and walked all around the car we were interested in. He showed us inside and out and zoomed in wherever we thought might be a ding or scratch. He said the car was immaculate, and he was right. When we got there, I was even happier with how prestine the car was. It was such a good find. Everyone at the dealership was great. Wael & Ollie were awesome. My husband even said he would buy a car from them again (which is saying something!) because they were so straight forward and transparent. My only complaint was that we were there for quite a while, but it was their first day operating out of their new building so they were still getting some kinks worked out, (computers, etc). Soooo happy with our experience.

The communication was excellent by the sales rep that contacted me immediately. The reason I gave only 3 stars is because they do not sell vehicles out of state and that is not on the description.

Queried on the availability of a car twice and never responded. Car was sold about a week AFTER I first inquired to which they never responded.
