Responsive, however dealer (Drew Taglio) wouldn’t discuss price with me until I no longer showed interest in vehicle. Poor salesmanship.

I’m genuinely disappointed with how this dealership has handled a brand-new vehicle purchase, particularly after delivery. 2026 BMW M5 I purchased the vehicle out of state and repeatedly requested photos or video prior to shipment to confirm the condition of the car. I was assured this would be handled on countless occasions that it would be documented with an inspection & photos. The dealership also recommended the shipping company that was ultimately used. When the car arrived, it had visible paint damage that was not disclosed prior to delivery. This was an 140K vehicle that was purchased BRAND NEW and asked on several occasions to assure that there was no scratches on the car which I believe is a fair request I was put in the middle between the dealer on calls between the dealer & the shipper . Shipper is saying its not them dealer is saying its not them. Then who ? This is not a minor cosmetic issue. The vehicle has a special factory paint finish that cannot be touched up.
