Allen Mercedes (ironic name at Audi) was very helpful and attentive. He gets an A+. Hamad, the finance manager successfully sold me on a few add-ons that I don't normally purchase, but hey, it was my decision and not high pressure. All good all around. The car was ready and clean. It did take a bit longer to go through the paperwork than I had expected.

The sales specialist was professional in their follow-up, but the initial coordination was poor. I traveled from out of town for a confirmed appointment, only to have the car sold to someone else while I was en route. By the time they notified me it was available again, I had already moved on to another dealership. A disappointing experience due to what they called a "system error."

Tyler and Sam the receptionist, the lady in the fiance department were great. In fact everyone I came in contact with in the dealership was helpful and attentive. The best dealership I have ever been to. This is my second time there . I will recommend this dealership to any and everyone.

The staff experience couldn’t have been more pleasant. Multiple members acted fast, answers my questions, worked on a deal, and handled objections well. I’ve shopped for many cars from a distance and few dealers made me feel this comfortable. Well done!

overall experience was OK, not great. Communication was goo, they got back to me very quickly. The vehicle was still available when I booked appointment for test drive. The pricing was confusing. It was listed at one price, while talking with the dealer, he mentioned that the price had just dropped by $1,000. but he did'n apply the new lower price. The financing process ws very confusing and a bit questionable. The actual physical building of pre-owned cars was dirty, parking lot was very crowed and concerns of backing out hitting other cars on the way in or out of parking lot.

Although I did end up purchasing my vehicle, my experience at this dealership was far from what I would expect when making such a significant investment. I spent nearly six hours at the dealership, and throughout that time, the process felt disorganized and misleading. What made it more frustrating was that we had been in contact for over a week prior to my visit. I had an appointment, yet when I arrived I waited about a half hour until he could meet with me. The salesperson was fully aware of the exact car I wanted, my price expectations, and my readiness to buy. Yet, when I arrived, I felt disregarded and as though my time was not valued. While I am pleased with my vehicle, I would caution others to think twice about doing business here. Transparency and respect should never feel optional in a dealership experience.

My experience began good, personable and gradually declined once initial discussions moved on to examination of vehicle and test drive. Although I had an appointment for this particular vehicle booked a week in advance, the vehicle had to be made accessible to drive as it was behind several vehicles in the lot. Hence it took about 20 min. Waiting and wondering where the sales rep went?! The Vehicle was very good. Did not disappoint. However what did disappoint us the sales person’s effort in being able yo explain why the price was $1000 more than what was advertised on Car Guru - only explanation offered was dealerships policy is prices will fluctuate due to market conditions. Yet Carfax range was $43k to $48k and dealer price is $49,250. I went there a considerable distance to travel and brought $4000 for down payment on a $47k deal. The salesman turned it down. Left there very disappointed.
