Although I did end up purchasing my vehicle, my experience at this dealership was far from what I would expect when making such a significant investment. I spent nearly six hours at the dealership, and throughout that time, the process felt disorganized and misleading. What made it more frustrating was that we had been in contact for over a week prior to my visit. I had an appointment, yet when I arrived I waited about a half hour until he could meet with me. The salesperson was fully aware of the exact car I wanted, my price expectations, and my readiness to buy. Yet, when I arrived, I felt disregarded and as though my time was not valued. While I am pleased with my vehicle, I would caution others to think twice about doing business here. Transparency and respect should never feel optional in a dealership experience.

The representative contacted me and when I asked questions about the price of the vehicle, he made it seem as though the price was firm. They then marked the vehicle down twice within the next 2 weeks.

Tyler and Sam the receptionist, the lady in the fiance department were great. In fact everyone I came in contact with in the dealership was helpful and attentive. The best dealership I have ever been to. This is my second time there . I will recommend this dealership to any and everyone.

Allen Mercedes (ironic name at Audi) was very helpful and attentive. He gets an A+. Hamad, the finance manager successfully sold me on a few add-ons that I don't normally purchase, but hey, it was my decision and not high pressure. All good all around. The car was ready and clean. It did take a bit longer to go through the paperwork than I had expected.

I was eye balling an SUV that I really wanted for a while. Sam was awesome and made it possible for me to get the mom car that I wanted. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you again for everything and the wonderful customer service
