Great experience at Prestige. Arielle took great care of us. They are very transparent about pricing. There was a warning light that came on during the test drive and they are taking care of it. I was impressed with the amount of maintenance they performed on the car too like replacing all brakes and spark plugs.

Pablo was very nice and patient during the time we were there. It was a lengthy visit due to the finance guy being out of the office, so we were middle maning the negotiations and paperwork. I do recommend this place and I would buy from them again.

I had a frustrating experience with this dealership. I made it very clear that I was already pre-approved through my own bank and did not want my credit run. I was also told directly that the paperwork I signed would not result in a credit inquiry. Despite that, my credit was pulled twice. This completely changed my trust in the process. Communication needs to be clear and accurate, especially when it comes to something as important as someone’s credit. I would strongly recommend that anyone coming here reads everything carefully and gets written confirmation before signing anything.

Most cars are over priced not worth the seller price. Can find better deals and lower prices at other places. This particular car was overpriced by about 3 thousand dollars
