Great and polite. Im still up in the air

went by the dealership twice to try and look and test drive mustang gt, was not on lot wasted trip to chandler from mesa, filled out credit app, got a call 5 days later, basically message said to give them a call back, no hint yea or nay, was sent a text about coming in to test drive, messaged 2 times no response from text, you would think being a small dealership they would want business and good reviews. very disappointed, don't waste time

It was alright, car wasn’t detailed. Car had problems literally the same day, not so good on communication they like to juggle you around.

I really enjoyed working with Emilio while test driving the 4Runner. His expertise and demeanor was top-notch. While making the final deal, Emilio and Craig, listened and helped close the deal in a most professional way. During the final paperwork and payment phase, Alex made the process smooth. My experience with Breon Bennet was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Breon contacted me about a Suburban and encouraged me to drive an hour to come see it. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle had already been sold a week earlier. At no point did anyone bother to notify me before I made the trip. To make matters worse, Breon didn’t even come out to address the situation himself. I drove an hour for a vehicle that didn’t exist anymore because no one could take 30 seconds to send a text or make a call. This shows a serious lack of respect for a customer’s time and basic professionalism. Situations like this are exactly why dealerships lose trust with buyers. Management should seriously review how this situation was handled and whether Breon Bennet is representing their business appropriately. I have also made it clear that I do not wish to be contacted any further. Take your business somewhere that actually respects customers’ time.
