Great salesman....

The staff here are amazing. Jeremy, my salesman, was super nice, and seems like a very genuine person. I did have an issue with the car leaking oil when I got it, but they had no problem at all taking it back to fix it properly. Would i have preferred my car not have that problem to begin with? Yes. However, the fact I've not had to fight with them whatsoever to troubleshoot and fix it says a lot. It's clear that they do want to treat their customers right, and so far I feel like they've done a fantastic job with it. Most dealers who sell used cars will just tell you it's your problem and call it a day. Mullinax gave me 5 day or 300 mile money back guarantee, so I had time to discover things like the oil leak, and they let me decide to either fix it, get something else, or get my money back. That's a great thing to have when buying used. I do absolutely recommend them for not only new vehicles, but used ones too.

Everyone was available with everybit of information that i needed, helpful with reviewing the car. Staff that i dealt with were all great.

CarGurus asked for my trade information, gave me a value for my trade, which was used to breakdown my total price, but the dealership wouldn't honor the trade value given nor would compromise.

They were so busy they couldn’t focus on their customers who had appointments. Was not helpful just was telling me what they couldn’t do after I gave them all the info they asked for. But I got a car from another Hyundai somewhere else.
