Buyer beware! The most underhanded dealership I have ever dealt with. They advertise a low price for their vehicles to get you in the door. But then, try to add on almost 10k worth of bs fees. The most frustrating thing was the lying by multiple individuals leading up to my dealership visit. Each email, I explained my financial goal for payment and price point, and never once was told the vehicle was going to be 10k more than the advertised price. One of the bs fees they try to get you on is a protection plan for dents and dings, all while trying to sell you vehicles with dings that should've been fixed by the protection plan. Avoid at all cost!!! Or, at least prepare yourself to be bamboozled for more money!

I bought a 2012 Mercedes-Benz and the transmission and the door handle and multiple problems with it the next day I didn't even have it 24 hours I haven't had my car and three and a half weeks and it's been sitting in the shop I've been told it was covered and they still haven't finished the paperwork on my car the BMW 2011 does not start

The car was priced $4200 more than advertised after the convenience and dealer fees. Old school negotiations going back and forth 100 times. Best advice, go to a no haggle dealership as they provide a competitive price and much better buying experience. The salesman, Daniel, provided good service
