Overall I was happy with my used car purchase. There were a couple of hiccups at the start of the process, but all issues have been satisfied. Eddie stayed in contact throughout the process with updates. I would purchase from Greenway Ford again.

Yes they contacted me but there is/was a hold on the sale of any new Transits due to a recall on the crankshaft. Can not test drive or purchase until corrected.

This was a smooth transaction. In and out under 3hrs. I also have good credit and wasn't there to haggle too much. They were very fair with my trades value. I was contacted almost immediately after inquiring about the vehicle. I truly cannot complain about my experience. There were 2 things constantly annoying me. I wish they were more transparent in the paperwork. I had to keep asking to see the paperwork with the numbers worked out. The other is that although my husband was present we established that neither he nor his money was involved with the transaction early in the appointment yet he was the one adressed first on all of the steps in this process. He would remind our salesman that, "it's up to her". Other than that I am happy with my purchase and experience.

Responded quickly. I asked the same question 3 times to 2 different people and never got a answer to the direct answer. I was also told car went to auction but the very next day the car had a price drop, when I pointed this out they never responded again which I'm fine with because either they are incompetent or trying to hide something. Either way someone I won't do business with

I have always taken my car for service to Greenway Ford. I would have preferred to have boughten a car here, but the only one they had in the color I wanted had running boards, something that I did not want. Even though I had to buy from another dealer because they had the only one with the color I wanted, I will take that auto to Greenway Ford for service, not the dealer I bought from.

It took them 3 weeks to respond and they weren't even the ones who got ahold of me I had to call them. By the time I had called the car that I inquire that was available at the time was already gone. Customer service sucks. DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE.

Good deal we got there at the dealer 8:30 pm and they still managed to close the deal financed and all we left there at 9:45 the only thing they forgot was to fill up the tank with gas everything else was good

As a widow, I never purchased a car without my husband and these people saw me coming - watch out! I misunderstood something as I was making the deal and the salesman ran with it - told me I was wrong and I believed him because he was 'a nice young, adorable guy' - he would not lie to me. Forget it - he took advantage of my nervousness and I learned to have someone with me in the future. Not only that, but promised items were denied and lied about - and further - once you leave the parking lot you are on your own - they have nothing to do with you - they won't even take your call. They let some sweet girl be their cover - but in the end - they wash their hands of you. My mistake to trust them - I learned my lesson. I paid way above value.....they give the reputation of 'used car salesmen' their sleezy name. stay away from Greenway.

This was a bait truck, and i believe every other truck they had on here was as well. I emailed them about this truck, got a return email from a email service, was told the truck was there, drove over an hour to get there. To be told "truck sold late yesterday, but let's see what we have in your price range." I was driven around the lot for about an hour and found nothing. Came home and reopened cargurus.com and saw 3 other trucks that were in my "price range" that were not on the lot.

Salesman were very nice, 2012 Corvette I went to look at the exterior paint had water marks etched into the paint, there was water leaking underneath the drivers side dash therefore the carpet was soaked and in the rear of the car there was a loud howl while driving the car.

The vehicle I went to see was sold the same day I inquired about it, but the service rep was very thorough on showing me all the features of other vehicles of the same make, model, and year. Total Joker systems in place @ this Dealership! Did not respond to email requests for more info & once I called & IM'd then they had 6 different parties at the dealership trying to reel in my business. I made them an offer & asked them to write it up ... it came back with a $899 "Dealer Prep Fee"! A total waste of time! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Nice people, professional, responded very quickly to my email, and were friendly on the phone. But the salesman just kinda danced around my questions and I had to ask two or three times for certain answers. ...Not "hard" questions like "does this car have any flood damage" or "have there been any accidents with this car," ...simple questions like "does this car have a sunroof" and "do you have any closer pictures of the front seats." But all and all they seemed ok and were nice when I went to look at the car. Good ppl.

Seller acted stupid when asked questions when it was clear he knew the answer. Tried to screw us on the trade. Tried to take advantage of student status but attitude completely changed (maybe not completely but less trying to take advantage) when parent arrived. Do not trust on first visit, return a second time and ask for a seperate salesperson to fact check.

The worst sales staff ever, I provided them my trade information and indicated to the sales person I would buy the vehicle. I asked for additional photos and they never came. I talked to the manager and he referred me back to the salesperson. He never responded and therefore I went to the Finance Manger and submitted all my information and the willingness to buy the truck. Again he never responded after he said they will do better and get with me. After a day of waiting, I went to auto trader and found another vehicle similar and now is in the process of purchasing the vehicle and I should be able to pick it up tomorrow. A few others have told me to stay away from Greenway Dodge since my bad experience. They have a history of bad customer service supposedly. Thank goodness I did not make a mistake and buy from them.

sucks, had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, drove 2 hours to get there by 9;30 in the morning. Got a call on the way verefiing my appt. When we arrived we had to wait and then was told by the manager of internet sales that the car I went to test drive was sold the night before. 4 hrs of my time wasted. They really do not know what they are doing.

When I got there they told .me everything was going find that I was qualified for the car ...and they keep passing me from person to person ...then they wanted me to give more money down then my two thousand dollars bc they mileage of the car was two low they wanted me to choose another high mileage car...and my trade in had 83.230 miles on it...I will never go back there again...

Service could have been a whole lot better. I went an hour and a half walking around the lot, and the car they said was there wasn't. Then with the amount of employee there no one seemed to help me out.

The salesman was not very interested in making a deal and there were no managers on hand to discuss any options The salesman didn't really know anything about the car and was not really eager to participate in conversation. I found the same car at Holler Hyundia and was a very pleasant experience.

Had a 1PM appointment, arrived 50 minutes late, had gotten lost. Told 2 receptionists who we needed, he did not respond because we discovered he had another customer. We spent 20 minutes in the dealership noone ever spoke to us. We found the car we had come to see on our own. We left after 45 minutes. The person we went to see sent us an email mail wanting us to return. Our round trip from Sebring was 220 miles.

Quick response to vehicle inquiry. Was told both vehicles were on lot for my scheduled appointment. I drove 67.8 miles one way to see the vehicles. My salesperson walked me all over the lot looking for the vehicles (my left leg was in cask from auto accident), but that did not stop the salesperson. No golf cart just walking. Ended up going back to sales floor so sales could check vehicle status. Then was told both vehicles were sold and had been for sometime! It didn't seem to both salesman that I had driven 67.8 miles and had to pay tolls!!! Never offered me any water or anything to drink after the long hike over the lot. didn't seem to bother salesperson or management that neither vehicles were sold didn't offer to find any vehicle...So I hobbled back to my vehicle and drove back to Lakeland, where I will stay!

Veh was auction veh with needed repairs that were not mentioned prior to driving 100 miles to view it. Once there the dealer who helped me was very negative about price almost like he had no interest in helping me at all. He was nice over all I must say though. I requested a copy of the needed repairs and have yet to receive it.

Car looked nothing like in the pictures. Had damage everywhere. Was super dirty. Ran terrible. Salesman wasn't nice. Horrible experience. We drove over an hour to get there for nothing.

This dealer uses the bait and switch- tells you the car is there, but when you arrive, it has just been sold. Anyother car in your price range- they either can't find the car or the keys, but they can to something way over your budget. If you call the next day or week or anytime after, about the origunal car you wabted they will tell you that it is available, when they don't even have the car at all. They are dishonest and not trustworthy.
