Audi has long excelled at building fast, luxurious sedans that look the part and offer fantastic tech and safety features. The new S7 is no exception, offering blistering acceleration and a spacious cabin with enough room for the whole family. That said, it’s a pricey car that approaches $100,000 in its most expensive forms, putting it out of reach for many buyers.

What’s New for the 2025 Audi S7
The S7 didn’t get many updates for 2025. Audi made some features standard, including Homelink buttons in the rearview mirror. The Convenience Package for Premium trims now adds LED interior lighting, and top trims add massaging and other luxury interior features.
Design
The S7 is a surprisingly large car, though its dramatic sloped roof limits rear-seat space, making it feel tight for taller passengers. It features a large grille flanked by sharp headlight units and striking LED daytime running lights (DRLs). Audi offers a range of wheel designs depending on the trim and package selections, and the rear design is clean.
Powertrain
The S7 won’t leave owners looking for more power. It features a twin-turbocharged 2.9-liter V6 making 444 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque. It’s paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, and Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive (AWD) comes standard. With a top speed of 155 mph and a zero-60-mph time of just 4.5 seconds, the S7 is not playing around. Though it’s not as boisterous as Audi’s V8 options, the V6 makes plenty of noise and is not shy with power and acceleration.
Interior
The S7 seats five people on standard Valcona leather upholstery. Heated front seats and a heated steering wheel are standard, and Audi offers ventilation, massaging front seats, and heated rear seats. The front seats offer plenty of space, but the car’s roofline reduces back-seat headroom, which can make taller passengers uncomfortable on longer trips. That said, the space is high-quality and comfortable, and all materials touched by passengers feel premium and expensive. One upside to its body shape is cargo space, where the hatchback affords up to 24.6 cubic feet in the trunk, more than most in its segment.
Technology
Audi equips a dual-touchscreen infotainment system, which uses a 10.1-inch upper display and an 8.6-inch lower screen. Wireless Apple CarPlay is standard, but Android Auto requires a wired connection. Other standard tech features include Amazon Alexa, navigation, SiriusXM radio, four-zone climate control, Bluetooth, and more.
Safety
The 2025 S7 is too new to have received crash-testing by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), but Audi equips plenty of advanced driver-assistance systems for added peace of mind. The list includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure alert, lane-keep assist, a rearview camera, and more. Available tech includes adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, a night vision assistance system, and parking sensors.
Pricing and Release Date
As of the time of this writing, the 2025 Audi S7 starts at $85,700. Several options are available, including premium paint colors, upgraded leather upholstery options, and more.
