Glad I took it for a test drive. It’s definitely not the car for me. Too long of a hood made it impossible for me to see or judge distance in front of me.

There is no comparison to this car in this category. It is far superior to its competition. It gets 45 MPG, requires less maintenance, tires are always in alignment, huge cargo space since the batteries were removed from the trunk area, acceleration is spot on, and there are just no flaws to it.

2018 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring Review

You are either going to love or hate the way this car looks. I think it looks really stylish from the front as all the lights are full LED Xenon. The interior is no comparison to the older model. Everything has a uniformed clean look as the screens are limited to a large center touch tone display. With easy connectivity to smartphone features. I received a text and it read it to me and gave me the option to talk and send a text message back. How cool it that? I didn’t have that option on my 2012 Q5 or my 2014 S6. The power is instant from a stop with a nice push of instant torque. Mid range power is a little slow but there’s the sport mode if that is a problem but I’ll take the extra MPG from economy mode. I’m getting 39-44 mpg. Not the advertised 47. The engine and acceleration feel is where this car sold me. There was no floaty feel of being carried on a cloud, like the other hybrid. The torque was instant and very satisfying. It has a very solid feel to the handling and it extremely quiet. This is the ultimate grown up car. Great gas mileage. Very quiet. Classy looks. Classy interior. I do have a few negatives. The wheels are so ugly. Big blocky spokes painted to look thinner. The back end lights arnt LED and look cheap. They included it on the insight back end so why not the Accord? The stereo is pretty good but not great. I’m a buy of an audiophile and have had a bang and olufsen and Bose sterios in cars in the past so maybe have been spoiled but this misses the mark on bass even though it has a subwoofer. The center display faces straight forward instead of angling towards the driver which feels a little awkward too. But these small annoyances weren’t enough to deter me from buying this car.
